We will accept submissions from outside of the Harvard Law community if the content is pertinent to the Harvard Law community. The Record may publish submissions anonymously upon request.

In addition to accepting original opinions, The Record — in the spirit of fostering a law school community that engages in critical thinking and values productive free speech — publishes responses to opinion pieces published in previous issues. These submissions should also be sent to hlrecord1946@gmail.com.

By submitting content for publication in The Record, authors agree to grant The Record intellectual property rights to the underlying work exclusive in perpetuity to distribute the work in any media known or hereafter devised.
