Who wrote this editorial? Have its authors in fact read Finkelstein’s books? Or have they read only Dershowitz-on-Finkelstein? Did Dershowitz coach the editor(s) directly? Did Dershowitz pen the piece himself?
In what sense is The Record “independent”? To what extent is it student-run? Do you regularly or occasionally editorialize according to the dictates of prominent faculty?
Any clarification would be very much appreciated.
