In the Thursday, November 18, 2004 issue of the Record, Taylor Dasher incorrectly states in his column “Not just a dead red” that Bob Dylan (Bob Zimmerman as he was originally known) hails from a red state. NOT SO! I do not know where Dylan lives now, but he grew up in Hibbing, Minnesota.Minnesota has a long history of voting Democratic and has not backed a Republican for President since 1972.
