According to an e-mail sent to the student body Wednesday night, Matt Gelfand, Law ’12, won the Student Government election for President, and his running mate Jordan Roberts, Law ’13, won the election for Vice President. “We are overjoyed by this victory for reason and common sense, and we thank our opponents for a very lively race.” Gelfand said in an e-mail, “Now on to fix and resign!” Gelfand ran on a platform promising to rewrite the Student Government Constitution and then resign, turning the presidency over to a 2L.
