Conor Tochilin, Law ’13 and Business ’13, was elected the 126th president of Harvard Law Review on Saturday.

Tochilin said he looks forward to “building on the good work of [his] predecessor, Mitch [Reich, Law ’12].”

Tochilin also said he will continue to develop the “cornerstones of the academic mission of the Review”: “finding the best legal scholarship out there, editing and publishing it… and nurturing members of the Review and developing them as writers….”

Tochilin is a J.D./ M.B.A. joint degree candidate. “I hope I can bring to bear some of the managerial skills [of the M.B.A. program] to the Review,” he said.

He graduated from Harvard College in 2006 with an A.B. in Economics and Philosophy. Before graduate school, he spent a year working for McKinsey as a consultant in New York and then spent two years working as an investor in London.

After law school, Tochilin seeks to work in private equity investing.
