The Weekly Standard reports that Professor Laurence Tribe’s book, God Save This Honorable Court, contains uncredited passages from Justices and Presidents, a 1974 book by Henry Abraham. In comments to the Harvard Crimson, Tribe apologized for any failur to properly attribute sources, while Dean Kagan promised to review the matter further.
