Kermit decided to accept his big firm offer with Dewy, Cheetum and Howe. With visions of perennial special one time off-track bonuses floating before his eyes he decided to stop in Vegas on the way back to California. With his financial future secure he could afford to try and double his little nest egg. So he threw his life savings into his trunk and headed home for Thanksgiving.
